Blueprinting is the key to getting what you
the body and health level you want.
If you were going to remodel your house, you'd need two things: a detailed sketch
of what your house looks like now, including what kind of condition it's in,

We must get to know you so, your initial
consultation will be at Dr. Garners main office in Fayetteville . You will need to fill out
questionnaires for health history, current eating habits and goals. You and the
doctor will determine how the program will be designed to fit you and your body
type. You will go over past medical & diet history, as well as, any current
medical conditions that may need to be addressed. Dr. Garner will create an initial blueprint of
your body type and plan of action. This plan will be modified regularly to
